Turnkey Projects

For many years as the result of working with a number of customers on partnership and framework agreements, we have taken responsibility for the builders work associated with passenger lift installation and refurbishment.

At the request of a number of customers we have now established a more formal ‘Turnkey’ project management service. The benefits of this to our customers are:

• Safe efficient co-ordination of passenger lift installation / lift refurbishment works and all associated builders work
• Proven partnership aimed at successful delivery  of projects for our customers whilst minimising the demands on their time
• Professional team covering all aspects from structural design associated with the building fabric through to design of the passenger lift or lift refurbishment components
• Reduced tendering costs for building owners due to the availability of a one stop shop for such projects.
